Dartware network monitoring software developers and support people take a lot of pride in their work. First, they develop network monitoring software that is easy to use and easy to maintain. Second, they strive to answer customer's questions quickly and to incorporate suggestions for product changes and improvements into the product planning process.

We accept questions either via e-mail, at support@dartware.com, or by telephone, at 603-643-9600. We're available weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm in the eastern time zone of the United States.

Maintenance Contracts

Annual maintenance contracts are included with the initial purchase of InterMapper and InterMapper RemoteAccess. The maintenance contract entitles you to all the new versions, updates, enhancements, and bug fixes released during the life of the contract as well as our technical support services. Maintenance Contract renewals are available.
