Deliverables
- After we accept your order, we will send you (via e-mail) a serial number or license that will unlock the demo version of the software so that it works permanently. That serial number also incorporates an initial annual maintenance contract that allows you to use all upgrades created during the ensuing year.
- As we make enhancements to these programs, we send announcements of the new versions via e-mail. As long as your maintenance contract is in force, you will be able to download and install these updated versions.
Pricing:
- Single-copy licenses: Each license you purchase allows you to run one copy of the program on one machine at a time. A full statement of our Warranty and License is available here.
- InterMapper is priced by the number of devices you monitor. The chart above lists the price tiers. If you need to monitor more devices, you can go to the next tier by paying the difference between the prices. Contact sales@dartware.com to get exact pricing.
- 25 device licenses do not include access to the InterMapper SQL database.
- InterMapper add-on devices allow you to increase the number of devices you monitor in small increments. When you purchase an add-on, we will e-mail you a new serial number with an increased number of devices.
- InterMapper Remote can connect to any number of InterMapper servers, and can open an unlimited number of maps. You can purchase five, ten, and twenty-packs of InterMapper Remote for use throughout your organization at significant savings.
- Annual Maintenance Contract: InterMapper and InterMapper Remote come with the first annual maintenance contract included. This gives you the right to all upgrades, enhancements, bug fixes, etc. that are released during the year. It also entitles you to technical support on the product. You may renew your annual maintenance contract according to the pricing schedule above.
- Annual Maintenance Contract Renewals: One month before the end of your maintenance contract period, we will e-mail you a note reminding you of the upcoming renewal date. We offer a discount for those who renew while their maintenance contract is still in force. If your maintenance contract lapses, you pay the full renewal price and the term will begin at the end of the previous contract. If your maintenance contract has lapsed for more than a year, contact sales@dartware.com for special pricing to bring you to the current version.
- Upgrades/Switching Platform: Special pricing is available to upgrade earlier versions of InterMapper to the current version, or for converting a Macintosh version to Windows or Unix. Contact sales@dartware.com for more information.
Discounts
- Educational discounts: We offer a discount to educational institutions and public libraries. Commercial entities, non-profits, government institutions and research laboratories, even those affiliated with a university, do not qualify for the educational discount.
- Discounted Annual Maintenance Contract: We send renewal notices one month and one week before your maintenance contract expires. You get a 10% discount if you renew while your current maintenance contract is still in force.
- Quantity Discounts: Discounts are available when ordering multiple copies of the same product at the same time. Quantity discounts may be applied to the educational discount. The following discounts apply: 1-4 copies, no discount. 5-9 copies, 5% discount. 10 and more copies, 10% discount.
Payment Information
- Credit Cards: Dartware accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
- Purchase Orders: We also accept purchase orders; terms are net 30. For orders under $100, please use a check or credit card.
- Company Checks: We accept company checks as payment of invoices. All checks must be drawn in US Dollars and made payable to Dartware, LLC.
- US Dollars: All prices are quoted in US dollars.
- Wire Transfers: Purchaser is responsible for any bank fees charged by their bank for the wire transfer service. Please allow an extra US$25.00 as a wire transfer fee. Contact us at sales@dartware.com for information regarding our bank address, account number and routing number.
- Business Status: Dartware, LLC is a small business but is neither woman- nor minority-owned.
Warranty Information:
- Warranty: InterMapper, InterMapper Remote, InterMapper for WISPs, MacPing, and SNMP Watcher come with a 30-day warranty. We believe that these software packages are extremely reliable solutions for a broad range of networks. A full statement of our Warranty and License is available here.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be happy with our software. If you have questions or problems, please let us know, and we will work with you to solve any problem. If you're not satisfied—for any reason—we offer a no-questions-asked refund during the initial 30 day period.
