Richard Brown President, Co-Founder
Prior to founding Dartware, Rich was Manager of Special Projects at Dartmouth College where he developed software to detect, diagnose, and visualize network problems. He and Bill Fisher authored InterMapper, an internal project that was quickly recognized for its commercial potential. Rich earned a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of IEEE and ACM.
William Fisher Chief of Research and Development, Co-Founder
Bill began to develop InterMapper while an undergraduate at Dartmouth College. While a student employee working for Rich Brown, Bill began developing the technology that became InterMapper. After earning a BS in Computer Science, he stayed on to continue working on the product. In 2000 he co-founded Dartware with Rich Brown and Stuart Pompian.
Stuart Pompian Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder
Stuart Pompian began his professional career as an engineer and manager in the defense industry. He went on to lead three manufacturing companies through turnaround phases as CEO/COO. He has over 25 years experience as a venture capitalist. Stuart earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and has completed graduate work in business administration. In addition to his duties at Dartware, he is a SCORE counselor in Lebanon, NH and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
John Sutton Director of Sales and Customer Service
John Sutton has more than 30 years of experience in sales and customer service management. After working in England for 25 years, John successfully established an inside sales department for a manufacturing company in Florida. He joined Dartware in 2000 and was responsible for developing a domestic and international distributor/reseller network. In 2004, he became Director of Sales and Customer Service and added responsibility for technical support and new product development.
Christopher Sweeney - Director of Software Development
Chris Sweeney has programmed software for Macintosh, Windows, Unix, and even OS/2 platforms since graduating from Dartmouth College with an AB in Computer Science in 1988.
